SOYP 2012 - Philly Education (un)Conference

Interested in learning more about the work of innovative education organizations in the City? Have your own ideas for how we can improve the Philadelphia school system? Be sure you’re part of the conversation at YIP’s education un(conference). This (un)conference will provide an overview of the state of education in Philadelphia and offer participants a unique opportunity to lead their own sessions. In the morning, our ten partnering organizations will host discussions on a variety of topics, from state and local policy to parent and youth engagement to educational innovation and collaboration. In the afternoon, participants will have an opportunity to lead “pop up” sessions on topics of their own interest..
